It is a great additive for flooring underlayment. A special hydraulic binder, Permacem is used for fixing shrinkage compensated, to create a base for floor tiles, fast setting high-strength screeds, whether ceramic, linoleum, wooden, PVC etc. Also, it is effective for carpeting / laying for other flooring systems.

Directions For Use:

Make a clean & sound surface. Depending on whether, it should be ready with water, or SBR OPC bonding slurry. Mix Permacem with graded sand (0-8 mm size), in proportion of 1:6 by weight, and then add water at a dose of 35% of Permacem by weight. Mix in a mixer, and lay immediately on the prepared surface. Spread, level & compact it.

Packing : Available in 25 kg and 50 kg Sacks.

Shelf Life: The shelf life of Permacem is 24 months. Store it in the original packing, in cool & dry conditions.

Yield: 25 kg Permacem + 150 kg Graded Sand, that produce 140 litres screed mortar.
