Directions For Use:
Using Perma Polycrete is simple. Add 150 -180 ml water to a kg of polycrete and mix well to form a uniform viscous mortar. After application of this mixture to the surface that needs reconstruction, trowel it as required. For rough, uneven and demanding surfaces, use SBR cement primer before using this polymer mortar. You can also use a wire for scratching a surface and creating a mechanical key in cases where a further mortar finish seems necessary in the reconstructed areas.
The surface that has to be restructured using Perma Polycrete should be clean and free of any unwanted materials that might hamper the overall reconstruction process. Porous surfaces are recommended to be treated with an SBR cement primer before using Perma Polycrete.
A 25 kg bag of Perma Polycrete can be used for producing high volume micro concrete that can fill a minimum of 13.5 ltr of volume.
Perma Polycrete we offer is supplied in sturdy 10 kg and 25 kg bags/sacks.
Perma Polycrete should always be stored in a cool and dry area. When stored as per recommendations, the product will give a shelf life of almost a year.
